Es ist ein super schönes hotel. Das Zimmer, welches wir hatten, übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Ein riesige Terrasse und ein Balkon mit Blick zum Meer gehörten für 10 unvergesslichen urlaubstage uns. Wie haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Lobenswert ist natürlich auch der Spa Bereich. Man wird freundlich aufgenommen. Alle dort sind ganz lieb und nett. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder hierher.

Wir hatten eine Paarbehandlung im Spa mit Ganzkörpermassage, Peeling und Fussreflexzonenmassage. Es war eine sehr entscheidende Atmosphäre. Anneta und Ioanna waren sehrdiskret und einfühlsam und haben sich perfekt auf unsere Wünsche eingestellt. Es warfürunssoerholsam, dass wir 2 Tage später noch einen Termin zur Rückdnmassage gebucht haben. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für entspannte Stunden!

Après un accueil chaleureux en français par Manos malgré l'heure tardive, notre chambre était très confortable (607) avec une grande terrasse pourvue de transats. Airco et frigo efficaces. Planche et fer à repasser, bouilloire et nécessaire à café ou thé, peignoirs et mules. Salle de bain avec balance et panoplie de soins .Le lendemain matin après un délicieux petit déjeuner nous avons découvert le domaine abondement fleuri et bien entretenu. Un régal pour les yeux. L'architecture est recherchée et soignée pour que chacun y trouve sa place préférée et avec 3 piscines bien propres pas de problème de transat. Le calme y est reposant. ( adult only) Au restaurant principal la nourriture est vraiment variée et de bonne qualité, avec chaque soir un thème différent. Les desserts sont délicieux. Merci à Konstantina de sa sollicitude et au chef du restaurant pour son efficacité et son amabilité . Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de gouter les restaurants à la carte. Aux différents bars les boissons sont savoureuses, variées et "surprise" le champagne (mousseux) est "belge". Un petit tour au spa géré de main de maître par Evelyne pour 1h30 de gommage et massage crétois entre les douces mains expertes de Anja dans un fond musical relaxant. Partout dans l'hôtel le personnel est digne de l'hospitalité et de la gentillesse typique grecque. Merci à eux. Après tout ces +, maintenant 2 petits - : j'aurais apprécié des nappes le soir au restaurant (5*) et les toilettes au sous-sol de l'accueil mériteraient quelques réparations côté féminin. Conclusion, cette semaine nous a paru trop courte et nous nous promettons d'y retourner l'an prochain pour 2 semaines si l'avenir nous prête vie.

We had a wonderful stay in the Cactus Royal Resort & Spa . I booked a massage with the lovely Ioanna and it was wonderful, relaxing and very calming. It was so nice, that we booked another massage. This time Amandeep gave me the Neck & Shoulder massage and it as amazing as the first one. We would definitely recommend coming here and enjoy the spa, sauna and gym.

The reception team were impressively fast — they resolved a Wi‑Fi issue immediately, and a towel mix-up was corrected before we even reached our room, which was a great example of attentive, proactive service. Meals were enjoyable with good variety and quality, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent. The gym was well equipped and convenient to use. The spa team made our visit especially memorable. Manager Evelyn was warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
