Well maintained, beautiful, clean, friendly staff - - -

I genuinely felt like someone was playing a joke on me because everything was simply perfect! From the incredibly polite and helpful ladies at the reception who always had a solution for anything, to the fully functional and relaxing spa facilities — everything exceeded my expectations. My room was spacious, warm, and spotless, thanks to the two kind ladies who took care of it daily with great attention to detail. Hot water with excellent pressure was always available, and everything in the room worked flawlessly. The breakfast was a real highlight — rich, full of traditional local products, and presented with care. Every corner of the hotel was both welcoming and impeccably clean. I would like to warmly thank Mrs. Sissy, with whom I communicated from the beginning, as well as the entire staff for providing such impeccable hospitality. Congratulations also to the management and the whole Domotel group for maintaining such outstanding standards of quality and service. Staying here was an absolute joy — I can’t wait to return and relive this amazing experience!

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and spacious. Also close to ski resort. Plenty of options during breakfast, we really enjoyed everything. - - Everything was excellent! We will come back next year. -

Μείναμε δύο βράδια στο Domotel Neve με τον σύζυγό μου και τις δύο κόρες μας, σε superior δωμάτιο, και η εμπειρία μας ήταν υπέροχη. Αυτό που πραγματικά ξεχωρίζει είναι το προσωπικό: ευγενέστατο, φιλικό, πάντα πρόθυμο και με ειλικρινές ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά στον Νώντα, που με το χαμόγελο και την καλοσύνη του έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο όμορφη. Μας συγκίνησε ιδιαίτερα η φροντίδα προς το παιδί μας — μέχρι και γκαζάκι μας έδωσαν για να ζεσταίνουμε το γάλα της μικρής στο δωμάτιο , κάτι που δείχνει πραγματική φιλοξενία. Και επειδή εργάζομαι και η ίδια στον κλάδο και έχω υψηλά στάνταρ, μπορώ να πω ότι το Domotel Neve τα ξεπέρασε. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπιλέξουμε. Σας ευχαριστούμε !! εις το επανιδείν!

This is our go-to when staying in Coral Bay. The funky lighting systems and unusual walls put the place in a league of its own. Isavella on reception, is always extremely friendly and helpful-no matter the enquiry. Bar staff are all always friendly too, usually have.our drinks waiting for us at the bar which I think is a service I consistently return for. Excellent value for money and location is fabulous too! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Stopped here for lunch, staff and service excellent, had the sea bream in coconut sauce €15 and seafood salad €7.50, food was more than adequate, portions very good. Will definitely be back, great value for money.

We recently had to check out early from our holiday villa but our flight wasn t until 11pm. We were directed to this hotel as they offer day rates for one of their apartments or a locker for luggage storage, both allow full use of their facilities. We used both. The lockers held 3 large suitcases each. The apartment was very clean, close to amenities in Coral Bay, had clean towels and toiletries etc. Fantastic base for your last day if you have to kill time before your flight. The staff however were the shining stars, so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely use this service again.

Πολύ όμορφο, ζεστό, καθαρό και με πολύ φιλικό προσωπικό. Το πρωινό πολύ καλό. Άνετο παρκινγκ. Υπήρχε και σταθμός φόρτισης ηλεκτρικών οχημάτων. - - Το στρώμα δεν ήταν ότι καλύτερο. Η περιοχή του χαμάμ και της σάουνας χρειάζονται περιποίηση. -
