During Easter, our stay was made even more special with thoughtful complimentary touches placed in the room, adding a personal and memorable element to the experience. The way they treated us as if we were the only guests. The whole team was amazing, but we have to highlight Dimitri - truly the heart and energy of the hotel. The way he welcomed us, the attention and care he gives - next level. Professional, attentive, and with an energy that makes you feel special. This kind of service and hospitality is rare. The hotel itself is all about aesthetics, scent, atmosphere… everything perfectly in place. Amazing staff, perfect communication all the way, great location - everything you need in the city center is 10-15min walking distance. Comfortable rooms. - - There were minor issues like leaky shower head and small rips on the ends sheets which I give to a lot of use. It is a bit noisy from the street, so if you are looking for no noise at all the central location won’t be for you. -
