Oh My Word! What a beautiful hoyel,beautiful town/location/beautiful sea views. Lovely,pleasant,welcomimg staff, cant do enough for you,nothing is too much trouble. On arrival,we were guvem a complimentary drink,of limoncello, refreshing! Pleasantly surprised,we got a room upgrade, i loved the room,loved the Greek music playing,in the lifts. Great food,wide variety at breakfast! We arruved on Corfu/at Mon Repos as strangers,we left as friends. Whay a magical experience,Thank You! We Will return! Corfu,we Love You!!

The staff were excellent from the minute we stepped into the hotel until we left, they could not do enough for us, they were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room was good, but if the bathroom had a walk-in shower instead of a hand shower in a bath, it would have been very good. Fresh drinking water is supplied every morning to the room. Free use of the room safe is another bonus. Entertainment every night, Tuesday to Saturday. The pool is on the small side, but you have the beach across the road, plenty of tavernas nearby and a bus stop a few yards away. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay.

Location is good. Hotel staff are brilliant and the hotel is good. Breakfast and buffet dinner were plentiful with good choice. I would go again. ???? Just 2 points to note: 1 - Bathroom was 'tired' and in need of a refresh 2 - There is only a small pool and with only 10 sunbeds, so you may need to find a local beach if you aren't on the ball in in getting to the pool early.

The hotel dates from the 1970s, and the building itself is beautiful, with lovely décor in the downstairs areas. Given that it is an older property, I understand that space is at a premium, so I can't complain too much. However, the rooms are very small, and the bathrooms are extremely compact. I would have preferred a walk-in shower rather than a shower over the bath, as I don't find that particularly safe or practical, although we didn't experience any issues during our stay. The location and views are excellent, with Corfu Town approximately a 30-minute walk away. However, this is not really a hotel for sunbathing. The pool area is very small, with only around 12 sunbeds available, many of which were claimed early in the morning by guests reserving them with towels, even when they weren't using them. The sea is directly across the road, but there is no beach there—just a hard-standing area outside the restaurant by the windmill. If you're lucky, you may be able to get a sunbed there. The hotel is also close to Mon Repos Palace, where Prince Philip was born. Entry to the gardens is free, and there is a beautiful beach nearby. We visited and were fortunate that it was very quiet, with only a handful of people there. Breakfast was good. It was advertised as an American-style buffet, although I'm not sure I would fully agree with that description. Some hot plates would have been welcome, but this seems to be increasingly uncommon these days. That said, I couldn't fault either the service or the breakfast overall. The hotel was perfectly adequate for our three-night stay, as our main purpose was visiting Corfu Town. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn't return, although it may suit travellers looking for a short stay in a convenient location with excellent views.

Actually, I would score this hotel at 4.5 stars. The hotel is stylish if a little dated, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast superb. Our seaview was pleasant. There is live music some nights which in our experience was of a very high standard and added to the very pleasant ambience. Downsides, the pool is relatively small and there are only a few sunbeds (claimed by a selfish few with their towels). And our room, although very comfortable, was also a little small. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay at Mon Repos and would happily stay again

O Hotel é fantástico! Todo renovado, que para Grécia é excessão, tinha reservado a suite básica com vista para o mar e acabei ganhando um upgrade para a suite presidencial do hotel que era maravilhosa!!! Café da manhã muito completo, e a noite os hóspedes tem a opção de jantar no buffet do restaurante do hotel por 25 euros com entrada, prato principal e e sobremesa, achamos jantando as 2 noites lá porque estava muito bom. Funcionários muito educados e solícitos. Achei a localização excelente também pois é mais afastado da muvuca do centro histórico de Corfu, tem uma prainha ótima em frente ao hotel. Voltaria todas vezes que visitasse Corfu. Nota 10.

I have submitted almost 100 reviews with Tripadvisor and feel that I give fair comments and ratings. I won't repeat the comments made by the previous contributors as most of them are very accurate. I booked my holiday through booking.com and selected a superior room with full sea view and Half Board. My main disappointment was that the pictures on the Mon Repos website and Booking.com flattered the Hotel in respect of the room. The pictures make it look bright, freshly painted. This is certainly not the case. The rooms do need freshening but this costs a lot of money. However, I do think management could supply a bath mat as for elderly people standing in a bath is dangerous. I disagree with a few comments about the staff as I found all staff including receptionists to be cheerful and helpful. The food was of a high standard with plenty of choice both at breakfast and for the evening buffet. Would I recommend the hotel to others. Yes, but with caveats. Would I return to Corfu. No, but that is because I like to try new places each holiday. The Island has some sites to visit but not that many unless you have a car.

Located near the coast with a long but pleasant walk into town. This was our third visit. Food is of excellent quality and good value. Best feature was the excellent pleasant service from the generally Philippino staff who spoke good English. Overall, a good base. Only a few drawbacks, limited wardrobe space and dated bathrooms. One serious criticism is that on a couple of occasions, I heard a manager seriously admonishing a team member whereas with a mixed nationality team one has to be friendly and constructive. We booked a deluxe sea view room, whilst we did have a side sea view I wouldn’t exactly call the room deluxe. No kettle in the room. However, it was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a tad outdated and could definitely benefit from having an internal bath mat as the bath became very slippy when showering. The shower was decent as was the hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and we had clean towels every day. A good selection to eat at breakfast and the staff were friendly. A 30 minute walk into town with some really nice restaurants nearby. All in all a nice hotel which we would probably stay at again if coming back to beautiful Corfu Town.

Great location very clean and well presented hotel, Had a standard room and agree with most reviews could do with a bathroom upgrade , service was very hot and miss could wait for a long time to be served sometimes received a tray of fresh fruit if ordering a bottle of wine most times not, meals very good but again one time received a plate of bread and olives and then never again.

The food was amazing. Very tasty, plenty of choice as well for dinner as for breakfast. Very nice Greek sparkling wine. The hospitality of the staff is excellent. The restaurant team is led well. The beds were comfortable. - - The room’s terrace was disappointing. Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel. -

Hervorragende Lage - in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum, gut erreichbar zu Fuß entlang der Promenade. Der Flughafen ist 5 min Autofahrt entfernt. Sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Bequemes Bett mit einer harten Matratze. - - Die Dusche ist in einem alten Zustand und ist mit einer Gardine und Sitzwanne ausgestattet. Man könnte im stehen kaum duschen. Ich hatte ein Eckzimmer - das wirkte sehr ungemütlich auf mich. Für eine Person und eine Übernachtung in Ordnung, länger hätte ich es darin nicht ausgehalten. -

Came back.yesterday after 4 night stay. Beautiful hotel in what was for us a great location. We could walk to old town in about 30 minute along promenade. Shorter if cut through roadside.Bus stop 2 minute walk away and for 2 euros takes you right into centre of old town. We were lucky and had front facing room on 3rd floor so views were amazing. Clean towels every day and room always cleaned to high standard. Yes rooms aren't massive but we managed fine,plenty space for two of us. Bathroom small which wasn't a problem for us but only issue was lack of a fan so whoever had shower 2nd had to wait for steam to clear first! Breakfast buffet style but plenty to chose from and everything was very nice and always fresh. No complaints from us!! Special mentions to waiters Ferdi and Mayjun. Always smiling and nothing too much trouble. Stella always working hard too keeping everything running smoothly with smile on her face at all times . Noticed negative comments about reception staff but we dealt with three different ladies during stay and they were all lovely. Thanks to all for fab stay. We have already booked to return May 2027. I only dropped one star because of lack of fan in bathroom. We loved it and cant wait to return. Thanks to all staff for amazing holiday.

Great location, 25 min walk to the city centre and The Old fortress, 10 min to Mon Repos park. Very good breakfast. Nice view (side view) to the sea. - - Sound insulation between rooms is not very good. Some of the facilities in bathroom are a bit worn out. Ventilation system is noisy. Even with AC turned completely off. -

Lokalizacja hotelu znakomita - wystarczy przejść przez ulicę na drugą stronę aby móc kąpać się w morzu. Niestety początkiem maja było trochę za chłodno i woda była zbyt zimna, żeby z tego skorzystać, ale taka możliwość oczywiście była. Dodatkowo hotel ma swój basen, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. W niewielkiej odłegłości od hotelu znajduje się malowniczy park Mon Repos, z licznymi ścieżkami do spacerowania, zabytkami z czasów antyku, jak też bliższych współczesności, i z pięknymi widokami na zatokę, hotel i Albanię. Jakość pokoju nie budziła zastrzeżeń, wygoda łóżka również nie. Ponieważ posadzka w pokoju (bardzo dużym) była wyłożona marmurowymi płytkami, można było się poczuć jak w prawdziwym pałacu :-). Personel hotelowy był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny - przyjechaliśmy do hotelu grubo przed czasem, ale była możliwość pozostawienia bagażu w przechowalni, a ok. 13:30 otrzymałem telefon z recepcji, że nasz pokój jest już gotowy (1,5 godziny przed czasem). Również w dniu wyjazdu (mieliśmy późny wylot z Korfu) mieliśmy możliwość przechowania bagażu. Poziom obsługi, uprzejmość i uczynność personelu hotelowego oceniam bardzo wysoko. - - Jak napisałem powyżej, mogliśmy z żoną być bardzo usatysfakcjonowani z pobytu. Jedyną brakującą rzeczą (w naszym odczuciu) był brak półek / szafki w łazience, gdzie można byłoby ulokować kosmetyki etc. Ale nie zakłóciło to istotnie komfortu naszego pobytu. -

We booked the hotel for a night because of easy access to the airport. Staff were very welcoming, our room was clean and comfortable, especially the large bed. Balcony did have a decent view but was fairly small. Breakfast was excellent. - - The bathroom was very small, though functional. A kettle would be appreciated. -
