Our stay at Mon Repos Palace was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The hotel has such a calm, elegant atmosphere — perfectly matching the beauty of Corfu. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the old town, with stunning sea views that you’ll never get tired of. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of fresh options every morning. We also loved the pool area and the terrace by the sea — the sunsets there are truly unforgettable. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with all the little details that make you feel at home. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mon Repos Palace is one of those places where you leave already wanting to come back. Highly recommended!

We had a 2 night stay at the Mon Repos Palace at the start of our holiday before heading off to Paxos. We had one of the best rooms at the hotel and I have to say it was amazing! It was so spacious, the furnishing was lovely, bed comfortable and the balcony was HUGE! We loved sitting out there and looking at the stunning views! The hotel supplied some special extras, bottle of wine, plate of fruit and canapes, which a lovely touch. There is also a coffee machine and toiletries supplied. We booked bed and breakfast, which is buffet style and so much choice to eat, with seating inside and outside. The hotel has a small pool area which was nice and comfy and also the sea and seating areas are just across the road from the hotel. Its about a 20 minute walk around the bay to the town also. We enjoyed our stay so much I'm sure will return one day!!

Excellent service and hospitality in a historic location near the old city of Corfu, with views of the sea, the old windmill, and the castle. The classical decor evoked elegant evenings and gatherings of the island’s aristocratic past. The wooden carvings and refined interiors reflected the festive spirit of this vintage gem. Needless to say, the politeness and attentiveness of the staff greatly enhanced our stay, making this a truly unforgettable and memorable experience.

Mon Repos Palace is located in a prime location, just a short walking distance from the old city! Our room had an unobstructed view of the sea and the old castle. It was very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were attentive, polite, friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were really impressed by the vintage atmosphere in the reception and common areas — it added a special charm to the place. The night entertainment was a lovely touch, with the singer creating a relaxing ambiance during dinner. Breakfast was freshly made, with a wide variety of options, including some interesting local specialties. My tips: Go for a run along the seafront or visit the Mon Repos estate just around the corner — the gardens and historical surroundings won't disappoint. If you prefer a swim, take a refreshing morning dip before breakfast and meet the locals at ‘Anemomylos’. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Mon Repos Palace and are already looking forward to coming back!

The closeness to town. The food was very good. The staff are excellent. The pool is good. - I've stayed before had a room overlooking the pool. I went with my husband this time and the room (213) needs updating. Bed on one side was pushed against the wall. The bath/ shower was dangerous had a step in it and the standing room was no bigger than a basin. Had the mirror and shower gel dispenser and the shower head all tight together. The balcony need furniture that fits the table needed to be half the size and the clothes line needs to be on the end wall. Can't complain about the cleanliness but they are a bit mean with the coffee and tea bags. Would come again but look into having a different room.

Great hotel , great staff and great food. We would have scored this hotel a 10 had it not being for, a room that was poorly thought out and didn’t use the limited space to best use by, having twin beds instead of a double and, having a table and two chairs in the room. Also, communication was not very good when we signed in early to the hotel but we weren’t told that if the room was ready before 3pm we could collect our key. ( I went at 2.45 to check if it was available and the desk clerk checked from several rooms that were ready and gave me my key. Why do they not text you ?) small but important point to a guest. - Everything else.

Great location for town sightseeing and also for local tavernas frequented by locals and not tourists. The Front office Manager Yiannis and Lena on the reception were exceptional helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good - The bathroom was tired and needs renovating

This was a very pleasant surprise, we were expecting either a sea view or side view and got both, we had room 401 which was on the top floor, the balcony went from the side to the front of the hotel. The room was spacious and in reasonable condition with fantastic views across to the mainland, several very large luxury yachts in the bay. Breakfast had a good choice we only had one evening meal as there is so much locally to chose from. All member of staff we came in contact with were very polite and helpful. Check-in was quick/instant once we gave CC details for tax. My only criticism would be the shower, powerful enough but the hose was a bit short and the shower head could have bee bigger, easy fix MRP.

Good hotel with friendly and attentive staff. We had a sea view room which was very nice but cluttered with two chairs and a table that we didn’t use and took up too much space in a compact room. The evening buffet meal ,which was priced at 20e , was superb and offered great value for money. For those who love Prosecco, it was available for 18e a bottle, again, a bargain price. The rooms may be on the small side but the location, food and service make this hotel one to consider if you plant to stay in Corfu town. Would have been rated 5 star but for the cluttered room . We would definitely reccomend this hotel.

The hotel was in a very convenient place for seeing the city. It was an easy seaside walk to the centre. But, also had a bus stop just opposite. The food was good plenty of choice for breakfast and all nicely prepared. We used the evening buffet a couple of times and enjoyed it. Again plenty of choice. We enjoyed the live music which was on in the terrace bar most evenings. The staff all worked really hard to ensure everyone was enjoying their stay. We would stay again. - Nothing.

Mon Repos is in a great location for easy access to Corfu town but is a lovely local area. Hotel has good outlook , good quality food at breakfast and fantastic staff. Beds comfortable. - Road in front of hotel means sea view disrupted by traffic noise however once doors closed ok. Bathrooms need upgrades.

This was an excellent hotel and the location was just right if you want quiet with easy access to Corfu Town and transport links to the rest of the island. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was plentiful and of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our next time in Corfu we will be staying there again. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so welcoming.

The hotel is very well situated and easy to get into the centre where there are good bus links. First impressions were good. The entrance area was lovely and outside eating for dining lovely. We went half board and found the food quite nice. The evening entertainment was good. The hotel had some nice signers. We booked a deluxe room side sea view and although the view was lovely, looking out over to the fortress that is sadly where it ended. The room was small and dated and the bathroom worse. The air conditioning was good. I could not figure out what made the room ‘deluxe’ because it wasn’t. The staff were very polite and attentive. The lady who oversaw the restaurant dining was very professional and did a brilliant job. I thought she was really nice as were the waiting staff. We were disappointed with our room and I might suggest the hotel reclassify their rooms and drop the word ‘deluxe’ . I appreciate that it is a city centre hotel and space is at a premium but the floor in the bedroom was all broken up and the bathroom was dreadful. The mixer shower was broken and there was no plug for the bath. The slippers and bathrobe were a nice touch. What I would say is that the hotel is literally a 22 minute walk to the airport and it’s really along one road. You can’t possibly get lost. I felt we had a mixed stay experience and probably wouldn’t return.
