Location

I find the staff at the Xenia Volou so warm and welcoming. I ask for a quiet room in advance and am always given one where I can relax and unwind. The breakfast environment is wonderful, the dining room is light and bright with sea views and the spread of food caters for all tastes and is excellent. The coffee is superb! The hotel is within easy walking distance of Vólos city centre but escapes the city noise. - Some of the work surfaces in the rooms are now in need of refurbishment.

Αυτό που μας άρεσε περισσότερο ήταν η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου και επίσης ότι είχαμε θέα στην θάλασσα. Το πρωινό ήταν εκτενές, μπορούσε κανείς να βρεί τα πάντα για να φάει. Οι έξτρα παροχές με το σπα ήταν ικανοποιητικές. - - Αν και το ξενοδοχείο ήταν 5στερο, εντούτοις θα χρειαζόταν μια ανακαίνιση στα δωμάτια σε μερικά σημεία. Επίσης, αν και χειμώνας, όταν πήγαμε είχε άπειρη ζέστη και το aircondition έβγαζε ζεστό (πάτησα όλα τα κουμπιά για να βρω το κρύο αλλά μάταια). -

Κάναμε στο Ξενία το γλέντι του γάμου μας. Πάρα πολύ σωστοί επαγγελματίες. Πήγαν όλα πολύ ομαλά και την ημέρα του γάμου μας περάσαμε υπέροχα. Η υπεύθυνη εκδηλώσεων άκουγε τις επιθυμίες μας και προσπαθούσε να μας εξυπηρετήσει με το καλύτερο δυνατό τροπο. Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο, πήραμε το καλύτερο feedback από όλους τους καλεσμένους. Το προσωπικό φιλικοτατο και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Εν ολίγοις το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!

Nice hotel located by the sea, and very close to city center. Quiet, even city-view rooms. Good parking area. Excellent breakfast and modern spa facilities. Attractive yacht club bar. However, hotel needs general upgrading, especially furniture & lighting renovations in public areas.

The location is perfect and the staff is very polite - My room didn’t have hot water two days in a row, in the hotels bar (navy bar) it was like a Turkish cafe, everyone was smoking and it was horrible.!

Stained hallway carpets. Hit and miss with replacing coffee, milk. Water in room. No champagne! - Lovely views .

Όλα ήταν τέλεια ποιότητα χώροι προσωπικό..ευγενέστατοι και πρόθυμοι όλοι τους και πολύ καλό φαγητό αλλά και οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου γυμναστήριο σάουνα hamam πισίνα -

Πολύ καλό πρωινό - - Τα κρεβάτια στενά για πεντάστερο και όχι αναπαυτικά στρώματα -
